The Beginning the School

Far from the crackling sound and dusty atmosphere, Delhi Public School, Burdwan is situated in Belgram village near National Highway. In a sprawling green lush land away from the pollution & noise of city, has set for itself very high standards which aims at the all-round intellectual, emotional, physical, spiritual and aesthetic development of every student.
Delhi Public School, Burdwan  started its journey from 16th April 2009. The Seven years have been a journey where perseverance and progress have been the cornerstones. Today it can proudly claim to be one of the most prominent schools of Burdwan and believes in delivering quality education to the children of this locality. 
Delhi Public School, Burdwan a co-educational institution and affiliated to CBSE, New Delhi upto Senior Secondary Level (LKG to Class-XII). It aims at providing highest degree of competitive education to its students to face the challenges of the time. The School covers all the key subjects which is required by a modern day child in order to withstand in the current scenario. On the whole the school is boisterous with modern educational techniques that helps students learn better.


In the Kindergarten and Primary school the children's natural curiosity and enthusiasm form the basis for an inquiry based approach to learning. A variety of assessment methods, including student self reflection, allows continuous evaluation of the learning process and regular feedback to both the children and the parents. In addition to language (reading, writing, oral communication), mathematics, science and technology, social science, visual arts, music, drama, and physical education, children are exposed to various activities. The use of computers and multimedia technology (Smart Class) is an integral part of teaching learning process.
